At Addison Home Care Services our mission is rooted in compassion, personal experience, and a deep commitment to families navigating the challenges of caring for loved ones.
Founded by Iris Phillips, President and CEO, Addison Home Care was born from a deeply personal journey. After caring for her own aging parents, Iris experienced firsthand the emotional and logistical challenges families face balancing work, family responsibilities, and the critical need for trustworthy, high quality care. She understands that finding the right caregiver is not just important, it is essential. That is why Addison Home Care Services is dedicated to thoughtfully matching each client with caregivers who provide care with the same dignity, respect, and compassion we want for our own loved ones.
Iris’s vision is also deeply connected to her roots. Born and raised in Eastern North Carolina, she remains committed to serving the communities that shaped her. She recognizes the unique challenges these areas face, including limited access to transportation, workforce shortages, and fewer healthcare resources compared to larger metropolitan regions.
