Iris Phillips is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Addison Home Care Services, a leading provider of compassionate in-home care services in North Carolina. With more than fifteen (15) years of experience in healthcare administration and management, Ms. Phillips is dedicated to delivering high-quality home care, senior care, and personal care services that help individuals live safely and independently in the comfort of their homes.
Ms. Phillips attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC. Her extensive background in healthcare operations, workforce development, and service delivery enables her to build strong, reliable caregiver teams and implement personalized care plans tailored to each client’s unique needs. Under her leadership, Addison Home Care Services provides non-medical home care, companion care, memory care, and specialized care services for seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities.
As CEO, Ms. Phillips oversees all aspects of care delivery, ensuring the highest standards in caregiver training, patient safety, and client satisfaction. She works closely with registered nurses and care teams to support Medicaid home care and VA home care services throughout North Carolina, helping families navigate care options with confidence and ease.
Ms. Phillips is actively involved in advancing healthcare and community impact. She serves on several prestigious boards and organizations, including the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce Board of Advisors, the Women Presidents Organization, and the Defense Alliance of North Carolina. She is also a member of the UNC-Chapel Hill Patient Family Advisory Council and the NC MedAssist Board of Directors.
